Warranty Information

Abstractafurniture.com warrants to you, the original purchaser, that for stated warranty terms, Abstractafurniture.com will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. To make a claim you must present proof of purchase.

Abstractafurniture.com warranty period begins at the time you receive the product and is valid for one year. An inspection of your furniture will take place to determine whether or not a defect exists. If the damage is determined to be covered under warranty, you will not be charged for any repair services, delivery costs, or replacement furniture. If you notice a defect, it is important for you to promptly notify Customer Care at Abstractafurniture.com Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) at 877-4-ABSTRACTA (877-422-7872).
If repair is impractical, then you will be furnished a substitute unit of similar color, design, style, and quality.

Limitations and Exclusions

Abstractafurniture.com believes that it offers a good warranty but there are some limits. The following will be excluded under the warranty:

1. Improper care
   Your Abstracta Furniture requires some routine maintenance. Please take care to treat your Abstracta Furniture like the fine product it is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty.
   To clean the framework and glass we recommend using a soft cloth with glass cleaner. For exotic wood tops we recommend using teak oil with a soft cloth. All other wood tops can be cleaned with a damp cloth or wood furniture polish with a soft cloth.
   We will not repair or replace your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your Abstracta Furniture is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
2. Accidents, Abuse, or Normal Wear and Tear
   This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear & tear, or accidents. Including, but not limited to: burning, scratches, scuffs, watermarks, chips, stains or pet damage.
3. Colors of Tops and Finishes
   Abstracta Furniture and Consort Display Group have made every effort to display the colors and finishes shown on the websites as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the computer monitor used by you.
